教学质量是学校得以发展的动力，是学校生存的根本。这学期，我们将继续围绕教学工作的总目标，把提高教学质量作为教学工作的根本出发点，狠抓日常教学管理，以高质量的教学来立校，形成有特色的学校形象。【访问首页】

一、教学质量提升计划
第一.切实端正态度，紧抓日常教学，聚精会神做好日常规定
的落实。狠抓备课，上课，作业布置和批改，测试，课后反思等教学环节，做到常规检查与临时突查相结合，发现问题及时提出，及时纠正，对与学校管理过程中出现违规现象绝不姑息。
第二.进一步完善作业制度，切实提高作业质量，采用更加灵活的作业形式，尽量避免采用题海战术，不要
给学生不必要的负担。小学一二年级没有书本作业，三到五年级作业不超过半小时，路南极作业不超过一个小时，做到作业必须批改，必须讲解。
第三.进一步完善听课制度。教导处将采用公开课和推门课项结合形式加强听课的力度，要求每位在校老师不少于三十二节。
第四.建立健全帮扶制度，通过老教师的一对一、一对多的形式帮助新老师提高教学水平，形成“以老带新”，“以强带弱”的良好氛围。
二、开展读书活动
营造良好于都氛围一直是我们学校追求的目标。我们要通过不懈的努力让学生养成热爱读书、勤于思考的好习惯，让孩子们体会到阅读的乐趣，老师要做好阅读指导工作，带领学生阅读更多的经典名著，通过阅读不断的认识自己，检讨自己，提升自己。
第一.学校新建的图书室现在已经投入使用，藏书超过一万册，既有古典又有现代，既有传统也有潮流，涵盖了国内外众多的优秀作品，由专门老师负责日常的管理工作，每个学生可以凭借学生证借书10本，更加方便。
第二.建立班级“图书角”发动学生把自己家中的书籍拿到学校和同学一起分享，可以对这些图书进行分类，教师做好相关工作，对图书进行甄别，对献出高质量的图书的同学进行表扬，各班级可以根据小组进行轮流管理，由专人负责记录，做好书籍的保护工作，避免出现损毁、遗失的现象。
第三.开展多种多样的读书活动，提高学生的参与度，可以采用演讲，辩论，主题讨论的方式让学生谈谈自己的阅读感悟，让学生在阅读中获得成就感，进而提高阅读的兴趣。
